Go buy a swing. Right now. Even if you're not expecting.

The swing rocks.

Get it?

The swing is now officially awesome. For the third day in a row now, we've actually been able to set Baby Nathan down and do things like eat and laundry and play tickles with Mela.

It's amazing: he'll be fussy at the breast, in the sling and even sometimes even in my arms with my finger in his mouth (come on)! And then we wrap him up tight, put him in the swing, turn on the white noise (an integral part of the experience) and he just can't resist.

It's worth one million dollars to me right now.

I should probably be enjoying the time more of course but keep panicking and doing stupid stuff like unloading the dishwasher and cleaning the bathroom. I should clearly be doing more important things, like watching Baby Mama (okay, we did do that), taking long showers, and crocheting his baby blanket.

But really, brushing my teeth is the highlight of free time these days.

Here are some more photos for Grammie to enjoy while overseas!
