Day Four Already!
Things here are good - day four was a definite improvement over day three. Momma got some sleep last night (a three hour stretch was miraculous) and is feeling great.
Still didn't do much other than nurse for long stretches (can you say "cluster feeding"?) and nap (apparently I'm still recovering - who knew?) but did manage a walk to the store in the beautiful evening air, which was a treat.
Nate slept a lot more during the day today, too, which must be the result of the arrival of the milkman. His slight jaundice is better and he seems to be producing the right number of dirty diapers per day.
He also smiles involuntarily when you stroke his head, which just kills the ladies.
Now, I know that you're sitting there, asking yourself, "But what does our man Nate look like now that he's an impressive 4 days old??"
Well, wonder no more.
My little monk man:
First time sleeping with arms up:
Fresh from a nap, Mimi models the retro-fashion of a bunny snowsuit (check out the Grandma haircut - the asymmetrical look is so chic!):
"oooooohhhhh .... light!"
Photo shoot!
